My boyfriend and I stayed at Mirador Lodge in 2008. We loved it here! Such a gorgeous view and grounds! The staff were amazing. We liked how during dinner the lights were dimmed so we could watch the lava flow from Volcan Arenal. One of the staff members even took us on a night hike. I love how the lodge is geared towards preserving nature and I am so grateful that it protects a piece of the cloud forests.
